Our approach
For most of us, good mental health takes more than fresh air and meditation. That’s why we’ve created Mind You, a holistic program made up of customised training and workshops delivered by registered psychologists covering mind, body and heart, based on the neuroscience of connection.
What we do
Pillars of good mental health
-
Mind your body
It’s not just what’s in your head that matters. Good physical health is a key ingredient for clarity and calm.
-
Mind your mind
Understanding thoughts and emotions is the key to good mental health.
-
Mind your heart
Values, compassion and relationships set us up for successfully managing our lives
Our team
We are experienced psychologists with over 40 years combined training and experience who are passionate about mental health awareness and creating psychologically safe environments — especially at work.
