Body, Mind, Heart

The three pillars of good mental health and the basis for Mind You.

The Body

Move it. Feed it. Rest it.

Research shows our body plays a very big part in keeping us mentally healthy. Focusing on the body, modules cover Exercise, Nutrition and Sleep, and are complemented by a body scan meditation.

The Mind, indisputably powerful

Managing thoughts & emotions

Explore the link between what we think and how we feel. Learn the tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the most evidence-based therapy available.

Psychological flexibility

Understand the function and science of stress and mindfulness. Learn how to embrace change and build resilience.

Positive mindset

Position ourselves for growth by inviting gratitude, awe, kindness and a strengths-based approach into our lives. Practice a meditation on managing thoughts.

The Heart

Connection, connection, connection.

The Mind Your Heart pillar offers resources for life and encourages us to connect on a deeper level to ourselves and each other. The modules in this pillar include how to uncover and live in line with our core values, tips for building kindness and compassion for ourselves, and evidence and reasons why cultivating positive relationships is the most important thing we can do for our health.

More from our clients...

“We partnered with Mind You to improve the wellbeing and productivity of the team, unpacking the impact of personal and professional decisions on our mental health. Liv and Caroline are a wonderful team, recognising the challenge of a dispersed leadership group and checking in to ensure the content would resonate and add value to all. I highly recommend them to teams and leaders looking to invest in their employee experience, development and culture.”

— Katherine Coombes, Senior Director, Talent Acquisition APAC & China, LinkedIn

“As teachers, we’ve seen the challenges faced by our students and their families in response to COVID-19 lockdowns and adapting to the new ‘normal.’ Liv & Caroline delivered an excellent virtual session to parents of our year 7, 8 and 10 students that was engaging and accessible. Now, more than ever, as we are acutely aware of the impact of mental health on our wellbeing, we can’t recommend this program more highly.”

— Amanda Castelan-Starr, Curriculum Director, Mount Scopus Memorial College
